Sri Lanka has been struggling with a catastrophic economic crisis post pandemic which has seen inflation rise above 50% in 2022. On top of this the cost of transporting goods has literally sky-rocketed.
This is problematic for small businesses like ours but I am pleased to say we have secured a parcel of natural, ground celon cinnamon directly from our farmers in Sri Lanka, with only a modest increase to our prices.
