Tim Ellis today left for India to search for the best spices from local farmers. Our aim is to purchase direct so farmers get a greater share of the revenue. There is also a big organic spice farming movement in India and we hope to be able to source these as well. Follow #spicediscovery for updates and check back when we have stock!
